The Super Single line is now the standard offering and features torque capacity increases of 150 ft lbs per stage over the previous generation SPEC units, with a pedal effort reduction of over 25%!

The clutch kits are available in 7 different single disc stages, supporting all power levels and drivability requirements up to an amazing 967 pound feet torque for the street/strip units and 1100 ft lbs for drag specific units.

LS2/LS3/LS7 SPEC Stage 1 Clutch Kit. High clamp pressure plate, steel-backed woven organic disk, TO bearing, pilot bearing and tool. 550 ft lbs tq capacity - 3400 psi pressure plate.

A Stage 1 clutch is a great upgrade from stock for mild street/strip use and will hold up to 400 horsepower. Stage 1 clutches include a metal backed / organic faced disk.

These clutch kits are designed for use with SPEC flywheels or any aftermarket LS1/6 single mass flywheel, which bolt to the LS7 and offer a considerable reduction is rotating mass. These kits increase friction surface diameter to 12inches while reducing rotating mass by up to 36%. The SC57 flywheels are for use with non-stock clutch designs. For a flywheel to be used with the OE style clutch, use pn SC66A-2 or SC66S-2. The package includes race bolt kit, pilot bearing and alignment tool. This application does not utilize a conventional throwout bearing, as the releaser is a concentric hydraulic slave/bearing assembly. This concentric slave is available as an option to the kit
